Three-story facility (because of the site’s 30 feet grade change), housing full distillery production operations on the lower level and retail, tasting room, and office spaces on the upper levels

In the newly created Craft District site near the old historic Olympia Brewery, this project co-locates Heritage Distilling Co.’s production and tasting room operations with South Puget Sound Community College’s Craft Brewing and Distilling program. Heritage and the college will partner to enrich both the student experience within the industry while providing key industry services.
